An explosion ruptures a building. Some pyromaniac unleashes hellish fire upon mid-day traffic. Armed thugs break into a Corporation Testing Lab. Some beast is unleashed into the streets. And then they come... Customized suits, flashing powers and good intentions: Superheroes. With the aid of their powers, wits, and resources, these Heroes must help defend the city from powerful Supervillains, technology-wielding criminals, and whatever else may lurk in the alleyways and dark places. Millenium City, the rebuilt Detroit, is the setting stage for just one of the many stories in the new American world. Supervillains, danger, intrigue, and the lives these elements are woven about.
