FUTILE OCTAVE

Every division of the New Earth Government is interested in a Migou military secret code-named FUTILE OCTAVE. It's big, and everyone's in on it. The military are busy chasing Migou raiding parties away from certain North American wilderness areas. Through the GIA, the Eldritch Society has become aware of the situation and has assigned a single Tager to investigate. The OIS has been performing counter-espionage on the Migou 'blanks' sent into NEG territory. And the Engel project and the Ashcroft Foundation have been preparing in their own inscrutable ways. The characters are assumed to be employees of Starkweather Solutions, and will be deployed around the globe on private missions for that company.
