YUI editor now in place

I've installed the Yahoo rich text editor for pages and such.  If you do not see it when you edit or add pages, please let me know on the muck.  The old Markdown/Smartypants format is deprecated by Drupal, so we're migrating away from it.

I'm converting pages over to HTML from Markdown as I find them.  If you see a page that looks odd or unformatted, please notify me.
